We currently deliver within mainland France. If your delivery address is outside of our standard service area, please contact us at info@roamingwine.fr to check availability.
2. Product-Specific Ship-By Dates

These dates may vary depending on the product, stock availability, or supplier schedules.

Orders containing multiple products will be shipped according to the latest ship-by date in your order, unless otherwise arranged.
3. Processing & Fulfilment

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information (where available).

If an unexpected delay arises, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@roamingwine.fr with photos of the packaging and product.
7. Split Shipments

If your order includes products with significantly different ship-by dates, we may (at our discretion) ship items separately.
